There were a total of 201 Residential Sales in the 2nd Quarter of 2012, this includes all of the following areas:  East Vail, Vail Village, Lionshead, Minturn, EagleVail, Avon, Wildridge, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead, Singletree, Homestead, Cordillera, Eagle Ranch, Eagle & Gypsum.


The average sales price per square foot combined for all of these above areas (a good sample of all of Eagle County), for the 2nd Quarter of 2012, was $388/sf.
