Beware of Colorado Corporate Compliance SCAM

I received a very serious looking request for an Annual Minutes Disclosure along with a request for payment of $150 from the Colorado Corporate Compliance Division. This is a scam, and a very good one as most of us who are incorporated are busy and sometimes rapidly write checks to comply and move on. My accountant was not aware of this scam either. After some further digging on the internet (thank you Google), I found the above link with further clarification. Hopefully, the secretary of state is investigating.
