According to Warren Buffet in the New York Times Op-Ed piece from October 16, 2008:
"A simple rule dictates my buying: Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful." This is undoubtedly great advice from someone who has always put his money where his mouth is. We are seeing prices in segments of the Vail Valley real estate market that look like prices from 5 years ago.
